Well done, another great weekend of hockey. I was able to catch the last bit of the mens 4s match this Saturday, which was a cracking score line. A special shout out to Henry for his hat trick.
Another fantastic social in the evening. The race and curry night was hosted by Paddy, Jenny and Lily and what a fantastic set up it was. I hear the curry was delicious 🤤
The next social is currently the Apres ski fundraiser on the 6th December. Get it in your diary.

There are some fantastic socials coming up at the clubhouse this season. The next one being the curry and race night on the 18th. Don't sit by and let this one go, get yourself and your friends and the family signed up. To back a horse, contact Paddy Feetenby. Do this before Wednesday to ensure it goes ahead. I hear there's an absolutely gorgeous curry on the menu, don't miss out.

Saturday night, we had our first band night at the clubhouse and thank you to everyone who came and supported it. It was a great night and we saw Athulya's debut public performance...and what a great one it was. Here are some little snippets. Apologies for my terrible editing to put them together and I didn't get many because it was having so much fun. Yes, I was dancing away.

Well done everyone who played today. Lots of wins for City of York today in this wet and miserable weather. Lovely to see everyone back at the clubhouse,warming up with a warm jacket potato. Thank you for the support received serving teas.

First official matches of the season this Saturday. I hope you're all ready for a fantastic season ahead.

If you have a home match, why not bring the family along or invite your friends. Let's have some motivation on the side lines cheering the teams on. Then head back to the clubhouse for a drink and a chat. Next week we will have games and toys out for the kids.

Hello everyone, it is Club Day on Sunday 31st August at Huntington School.

Juniors 10-12pm - loads of fun zones and some match play
Badgers / Back to Hockey 12-1pm
Seniors 1-3pm - 7 a side matches
3-4pm - ladies performance pre-season red v white preseason showdown

Hardgear will be there selling club kit (and you can collect pre-orders) and there will be a BBQ

£3 Juniors, £5 Seniors.
