Oh we are soooooooo back!!! Yeovil - WELCOME TO 2026! This is what a ZDP class looks like.

What a way to start the year with all of you. A huge thank you to everyone who danced with me this evening. You were incredible as I did not go easy on you.

Do you know the best thing about finding a fitness class you enjoy - it doesn’t feel like a fitness class.

Just a room full of amazing women, dancing to great music, having fun - all without the hangover.
