Morning all , so the last leg of our oceania tour takes us to Fiji and two very tasty dishes pork lomi lomi and a coconut prawn curry, I hope I can do them justice, why not come and try them and see what you think .

Morning all, our travels this week take us off to Oceania starting with Australia, but unfortunately we have been unable to source any kangaroo steaks so it’s going to be beef steak , apart from that I hope everything works out well, hope you enjoy our short visit to 3 countries as the kitchen will be closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as we are going to be away
