🚨 FREE GAMES TODAY & TOMORROW 🚨

The school closures have caught everybody by surprise (us included!).

Nobody expected to have to entertain hot, grouchy kids and certainly nobody’s budgeted for it so we want to help.

We’ve spoken with our games suppliers this morning and explained the situation to see if we could collaborate to offer a solution.

Some weren’t interested (boo, hiss), but some of the others are very kindly allowing us to offer 20 minute taster sessions free of charge today (Wednesday) & tomorrow (Thursday) until 17:00.

That means we can offer completely free games on Shuffleboard, AR darts and interactive mini golf. Our regular dart boards are always free to use and we’ll make our pool tables free for these two days also. Pool table and dart board use will be limited to 20 minutes if there are others waiting.

Our venue is completely air conditioned and we’ll provide free water and squash.

Over 12s are welcome unaccompanied, under 12s must be with an adult. Offer only open to under 16s and groups containing under 16s.
All other activities are available at our reduced Prime Time rates.

We don’t have time to change our online booking system to reflect this offer so it has to be walk ins only.
Anybody that’s already booked for longer, chargeable sessions will have the opportunity to change on arrival.

That’s it. No ulterior motive, no minimum spend to get the free sessions, no entry fee, just an offer from some parents in the same situation to try and help out.

Just a reminder that with our local schools closing because of the extreme heat, we’re running Prime Time all day for the rest of the week instead of just after school to give you a place to relax in air conditioned comfort.

Our regular dart boards are completely free to use and squash drinks are also free during Prime Time so you don’t need to spend a penny to enjoy some time with us.

Over 12s are welcome unaccompanied up to 21:00, under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.

Offer only valid for under 16s and family groups including under 16s.

Italia ‘90 was my World Cup. As a 9 year old, Lineker, Gascoine and Shilton were my heroes and my heart was broken when we were cruelly knocked out by West Germany (yes, I’m so old that Germany was still a divided country) in a penalty shootout.

Regardless, the memories and emotions of watching that game with my sister on a portable TV in her bedroom are still just as strong 36 years later.

😮‍💨 It’s a sticky one already this morning and it’s only going to get worse.

We’re fully air conditioned so If you’re a home worker that needs a cool work space then we have plenty of seating and fast, free WiFi.

Local worker that needs a break? Coolers, milkshakes and iced coffees are all available to drink in or take away.

Don’t forget we also have a family friendly screening of tonight’s World Cup match between England and Ghana kicking off at 21:00 and being shown on our giant 21m2 4K Ultra HD screen so if you want to watch in cool comfort with the family then we’re the only place to be!
