Well the time has come.. our last ever day at The Ship Inn Wylam.

Thank you everyone who came on Friday and made our leaving party so special. It was really lovely to hear everyone’s own personal memories of The Ship and the things they will miss the most.

A big thank you again to everyone who has worked with us over the last 5 years. It’s been a roller coaster ride, but everything we have achieved is down to all of you guys and all your hard graft and dedication.
There’s been some hard times, long hours, early starts, late finishes and some difficult customers .. (we have some stories to tell…)

Big thank you to our parents, for all of their help and everything they have done for us.
Do get in touch if you want any more knitted characters… Barbara isn’t getting off that easy 😂

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, especially through the covid times. We really wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t for you all buying takeaways and visiting Kelly’s Deli.

Thank you to all our couples who have tied the knot with us, it’s been a privilege to host such beautiful weddings.

We have had the most amazing time over the last five years, we have made new friends, met amazing people, been on tv & in the New York Times! And have so many memories.

It’s very sad to be leaving, but on to the next chapter… who knows where we might pop up again.
