Wrexham big band is a new venture created in 2024 by enthusiastic local players and blends classic big band elements with a modern twist delivering a vibrant sound that keeps audiences dancing. The band’s repertoire features funky tunes infused with contemporary grooves creating a dynamic atmosphere that appeals to both traditional jazz lovers and newer fans. We’ve been asked by Philip Mitchell family if we could put the details of Phil’s funeral on here. As there’s to many people to contact.
Funeral is Friday the 26 January at St Mary’s Church Minera LL11 3DA At 13:30.
Can everyone be mindful of parking in the area.

Burial will be held in Coedpoeth Cemetery for family and friends.

The wake will be held here at the Golden Lion Coedpoeth.

I’ve been asked to mention it’s family flowers only and any donations made will be donated to Nightingale House. Who for his short time with them who nursed and Cared for Phil until his passing.

If Phil had one wish for this sad day saying goodbye. He would want everyone to remember him by all the good times we all had with him and tell your funny stories.
