THANK YOU & GOODBYE
After 25 years as one of the Town's favourite party bars and number one venue choice for private parties, it is time to close the book and start a new chapter! It is therefore with great sadness that we announce 'The Circuit Bar' is Closing it's doors for good.
A combination of factors have strengthened this very tough decision, many of these have been beyond our control (and probably too many to mention) but as a continued supporter of this town's once booming nightlife we urge you all to use your great Workington pubs and bars before you lose them!
Although we are closing the doors on 'The Circuit Bar' our focus remains with making every weekend a safe, enjoyable and exciting night out at Dukes Bar Workington!
All private party bookings will still be taken at Dukes with the same high quality of service offered as that of 'The Circuit Bar' and plans are already in motion to bring your live music and band nights to Dukes, so as you can see, the Show is far from over.
To all of our staff (old and new), To all the bands and musicians that have played here, to the sports teams who we have sponsored in the past and to each and every single one of you loyal customers....
We would like to thank you for 25 wonderful years, for all your support, service and making every weekend one big party! We hope that you all have fond memories of the Circuit Bar, and that we have a place in the History of Workington's fantastic nightlife!
Now!!!! It wouldn't be right if we just fizzled away without a Peep! So in true Circuit Bar style.... We will go with a BANG!
In two weeks time we will hold The Circuit Bars official 'Closing Weekend' and Sign off with our final two days of trading:-...
Friday 7th March is our HEAVY METAL SHOWDOWN with some of the locals finest metal bands...
And then to top off what has been an unforgettable 25 years....
Saturday 8th March, the big one, our final night, brings us the County's best known Indie/ Rock cover band 'THE AUTHORS' with amazing drinks offers and what is to be a buzzing atmosphere!
Once again we would like to thank you for your loyalty and hope to see you on what will be a fitting and exceptional send off!
