Our horsebox bar served a bespoke cocktail menu outside, while our 360 Bar kept the party going inside the marquee long into the night.

POV: You hire a mobile bar and accidentally also get an emergency alpaca response team.

These cheeky little things came sprinting past the bar mid wedding with nobody following them, so naturally we abandoned bar duties for a moment, legged it across a field, and became temporary alpaca wranglers until there trailer arrived 🦙

I couldn’t not share this memory. PS weddings are never boring 🤣

A little reminder from us wedding suppliers 🤍

When the bar closes at a wedding, we often leave stock overnight and pack away the next morning so we don’t disrupt the final moments of the couple’s big day. Before we leave, everything is photographed and stock checked… and again when we return to pack down.

So when bottles, spirits or glassware go missing overnight, it doesn’t just come out of a business budget. Someone has to cover the cost and more often than not, that ends up being the bride and groom whilst they’re still in their little wedding bliss bubble.

After the best day of their lives, the last thing they deserve is a bill because guests decided to help themselves after the bar had closed.

Please support small businesses, respect wedding suppliers, and most importantly, respect the couple who have already spent so much to celebrate with you 🤍

Stealing from behind a closed bar is never okay.
