Well, I think it’s fair to say we absolutely smashed our very own seafood festival!

Everything we served was fresh from family-owned fisheries working in UK waters – no big fishing companies, just incredible seafood from people who genuinely care about quality and sustainability.

Our team were outstanding from start to finish and looked fantastic. The atmosphere was brilliant all day, with plenty of cider, beer and wine flowing and a great crowd supporting us.

We sold over 300 oysters, loads of Lobster Thermidor, and the prawns were absolutely massive and went down an absolute treat.

The feedback from customers has been amazing. We’ve had so many compliments about the quality of the seafood, the service from the team, and the overall atmosphere. The question we kept hearing all day was: “When’s the next one?”

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, ate, drank and supported us. It was fantastic to showcase great British seafood sourced directly from independent family-owned fisheries.

Safe to say this won’t be the last seafood festival. Watch this space! 🦪🦞🍤🍻
