Hey! Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks to everyone who has sent over their photos of Paradiddles. We're currently working on something we're super excited about so if you have any that you would like included in our project please send them our way.

We've been busy selling commercial equipment from the bar. Kitchen/ cafe equipment, sound equipment etc. If there is anything in paticular anyone is after please give us a shout.

As well as commercial items we've got some cool art and other bits for sale. We've set up an Ebay account for these things, head over and take a look to grab a bit of Paradiddles. We'll be adding more over the next couple of weeks. https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/paradiddleswu

Hope everyone is enjoying live music in and around the city. We caught SAK the band, Kick The Clown and Hipflask Virgins at Frog and Fiddle the other week. They smashed it obviously.

And we’re out!

It’s been a crazy week. The final chorus was magical thank you so much to all the bands that played and to everyone for coming along and giving us such an amazing send of it really was something special.

Now that we have some time to reflect if you have any photos / videos from anytime you’ve spent/ played at Paradiddles we’d love it if you could send some over either instagram, email or messenger. 🤘

We have been so so overwhelmed by everyones kind words. It honestly has knocked us off our feet and we don’t quite know how to respond. Thank you all so much, Paradiddles really is only an extension of all you wonderful people that use it, otherwise it would just be a building. We honestly can’t thank you all enough and to say we’re going to miss it doesn’t come close. We just wanted to let you know our times over the next few days and what we’ve got going on. We’re cooking up a storm for next week. Details to follow. 🤟

Lets just dive right in.

We opened Paradiddles in 2017 to provide a community hub for music lovers to come together, create something special and have a good time.

We couldn’t have wished for a better community of wonderful people to grow around us.

Stopping, although really sad, has been on our minds for a while. It’s been increasingly difficult for us to run Paradiddles over the last few years for all the reasons you see in the news and more.

It’s probably actually something we should have done a while ago, but we wanted to explore every possible avenue before closing this chapter and embracing new beginnings. This decision has not been made lightly; who would ever want to stop a party?! We've looked at all our options but it’s not to be and unfortunately it has to happen a lot faster than we were hoping for.

So, our last day is Saturday 12th October.

Hailing from Southern California Bite me Bambis front woman Tahlena is embarking on a solo UK tour and is stopping in at Paradiddles. Touring support comes from Andy & Charlie of Andy B & the Word + Codename Colin. They’ll be joined by Shotgun Marmalade and Mark & Beanie (Skewwhiff) acoustic! What more can you ask for!?
