andlord was an ex-soldier who served with The Chindit Regiment in Burma during World War II and he named the pub after his comrades 'The Chindits'. We pride ourselves on serving only the best-kept cask ales and can boast we are the only Public House in Wolverhampton to be awarded the Cask Marque consecutively for over 20 years. The pub is popular on match days and welcome all. We have up to six hands pulled cask beers which are constantly changing so keep an eye on our Facebook for what's on and for the up and coming beers in the cellar. Live music has been a focal point for well over a decade at The Chindit and our Friday nights offer a wide range of musical genres to suit all tastes. Dave and the Team
