A little update from our kitchen garden…

There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing ingredients go from seed to plate. Our garden is thriving at the moment, with tomatoes ripening beautifully, courgettes growing by the day, chillies bringing the heat, pumpkins getting bigger every week, and plenty of fresh herbs ready to be picked.

Our chefs are making the most of what’s ready, harvesting throughout the week and letting the freshest produce inspire our seasonal specials.

It’s just one of the little ways we try to make every dish feel that bit more special.

After all, it’s the little things that make the large difference.
