There is something incredibly special about walking out into the garden and picking ingredients that will end up on our guestsโ€™ plates.

A huge thank you to Craig for kindly planting and helping us create our new allotment patch, now bursting with pumpkins, chillies, courgettes, tomatoes, rainbow chard and so much more.

Alongside it, our new herb bed is beginning to flourish too, with oregano, parsley, chives and plenty more on the way.

It is these little touches that make such a large difference. Seasonal produce, grown with care, just a few steps from the kitchen. We cannot wait to start using more of it throughout the menus over the coming months.

Hereโ€™s to homegrown flavours, muddy boots and the simple joy of harvesting ingredients straight from the garden.
