Remember The White Hart, Old Woking

Sadly it looks as if the old place has finally sold. The redeveloper has erected a fence round the site. The old pub sign seems to have been removed, though I thought it was part of the planning agreement that it would remain as a token reminder of its past life.

Trying to work out what's going on. The Pub is listed on the Alder, Grimes & Gooderham (AG&G) website as being for sale with a price of £550,000 (Ref: COUNF103) and Under Offer.

The plans for the White Hart, Old Woking are to be discussed at the next Planning Committee meeting. Held on the 16th April at the Council Chamber, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL at 7pm. Please show your support.

I have received an e-mail from Woking Council Planning Comittee, as I contacted them to complain about the plans for the future of the White Hart, Old Woking. Please read a.s.a.p., as they are looking for interested members of the public, to speak at a meeting of the comittee to be held on 19th March 2013.
