Our asparagus is sourced from the brilliant team at Barfoots Farm, a family-run farm established in 1976, growing across the beautiful South Downs. With over 750 acres of asparagus grown each year, it’s safe to say they know a thing or two about producing some of the very best spears in the country 🤍
Served simply with classic hollandaise and a soft poached egg — letting the quality of the produce do the talking.
And if you really want the full experience… pair it with a crisp glass of Italian Vermentino 🍷 Bold, herbaceous and the perfect match for spring on a plate.
