I'm looking forward to going to the Corn Exchange Witney tonight for the meeting about the future of West Witney Sports & Social Club.

West Witney needs a strong committee with the vision to create a fantastic community hub, not only for the thousands of sportspeople who use West Witney, but for local residents as well.

Internally at WTC, I will push for a fair lease, because the delays we've seen haven't been acceptable.

If you think you'd like to be on the committee and can bring some innovative ideas to the table, please come to the Corn Exchange this evening for 18:30.

It is with great sadness that we share the news that John Wharton passed away this afternoon following an accident.

John was a valued member of West Witney Sports & Social Club and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family, friends, and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time 🤍

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

We would like to let all members and guests know that our wonderful Bar Manager, Tina, will soon be leaving West Witney Sports and Social Club after many years of dedication and hard work.

While Tina is handing over, we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for everything she has done for the club, its members, and the wider community. Her friendly face, commitment, and support over the years have been greatly appreciated, and she will certainly be missed by everyone.

We’re also pleased to announce that Claire will be stepping up as our new Bar Manager. We’re excited for the future and know she will receive a very warm welcome from all our members and visitors.

Please join us in thanking Tina for all her hard work and wishing her all the very best for the future, while also welcoming Claire into her new role.

West Witney Sports and Social Club, Witney have some exciting staff opportunities following the refurbishment of the club. We are due to open in the next 3 to 4 weeks and are looking for some energetic and dynamic bar staff with great customer service skills. We have the following vacancies:
Part time Assistant Bar Manager
Part time Bar workers
Casual bar workers
