Pushing 7 foot tall, Ginger Beard owes his distinctive appearance to parents who both come from large marauding families, his clothing and armour is the result of spoils from marauding. Normally seen with leading his band of noble maraude

rs through the Wychwood forest, nobody knows where GingerBeard lives, indeed many believe he lives a nomadic existence often sleeping under canvas with is fellow marauders, while others believe he also has a base far beyond the forest where he plans his marauding. This encampment outside the forest is where GingerBeard brews a typically fiery ginger beer to reward his band of noble marauders after a hard days marauding. His fiery character means is resolutely single and he focuses his energies on marauding and crafting his distinctive fiery alcoholic ginger beer.

Following the success of its fiery Ginger Beard product, launched in August 2011, Wychwood Brewery is adding two other fruit beers to the range. Snake’s Bite and Forest Fruits have been launched to satisfy the customer demand for flavoured alcoholic long drinks – the fastest growing category.
