Well done Peter Boreham and everone for another entertaining and successful auction last week which brought the funds raised for RNLI up to nearly £1000, 👏👏👏
The monthly mini quizes are now back on track on the last Sunday of each month.
Michael Payne is quizing us this month with the odd joke thrown in I'm told...not something we want to miss 🤔🤣??????

CHARITY UPDATE
Thankyou to everyone who came to the cheque presentation, I hope you all enjoyed it as much as Grace and I did.
We had excellent buffet food provided by Sally Wilson , Roy McManus kept us all very well entertained on keyboard and with his brand new joke repertoire. 🤣😂 Toni Bird and Amanda joined us to recieve the cheque on behalf of the Hudson Centre. BIG THANKS to you all. 👏👏👏
Next Sunday is the SPRING AUCTION, sorry this is so soon after other events but we really hope that you'll be able to support us again for this popular event . 🙏🤞🤞💛

NEXT CHARITY EVENT

It's AUCTION time again on Sunday 26th April and we already have lots of lovely interesting and novel craft items. Excellent gift ideas.
Plus ofcourse the Spring auction will have plenty tomato and cucumber plants, fruit bushes and much more greenery.
Peter Boreham is our auctioneer and we are supporting the RNLI .
Please do come and join us, it's always good for a laugh and maybe a bargain or two, plus every penny goes to a good cause. Doors open mid day, auction starts 3pm.

Many thanks to Pagan Gould for a great afternoons entertainment and to everyone who came along and added to the charity fund bringing the total to £4200.
This will be donated to the ARTHUR RANK HOSPICE CHARITY on Sunday 19th April at about 3pm.

Sad to say that we have come to the end of our traditional year long mega fundraisers. We look forward to supporting fresh ideas and challenges in aid of your chosen charities.

The last presentation will be on April 19th when Toni Bird from the Hudson Centre will be joining us.
Meanwhile Pagan Gould is centre stage for the big thankyou party for everone who has contributed to the thousands of pounds that have been raised over the years. 👏🥳💃🕺🥂🍾🗨🫶👏

Following the success of the pub games day last summer it was suggested that it could be a good winter activity.
Hopefully being open for the whole weekend will be more flexible and perhaps other friends might join you for your favourite games.
A record card will be given to each person on their first game.
£1 from each person for each game will all contribute to the Hudson Centre.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be presented on Friday 13th Feb.
Forget the weather and have fun. 🏓♟️🎲🃏🧿🐂♠️♥️
