We are absolutely chuffed to bits to hear that we are finalists in the Hampshire Business awards - Best New Business in Hampshire.

Honestly, when we opened our doors in May 2024 we had no idea where this journey would take us and if we would we find our community. With a vision, lots of hope, hard work and an incredible bunch of people sharing our passion, our place is now a thriving space.

I am so proud that we have not only found our community but we grow it every day. We reach outside of Wi******er and throughout Hampshire based on word of mouth and recommendation.

Authenticity is at our core: Food made from scratch, every day, filled with layers of flavour and rooted in Spanish tradition with twists of innovation and Mediterranean influence. Our doors are open all day, every day and everyone is welcome – we love that!

We also love being part of the developing Wi******er food scene and delight in driving collaboration with fellow retail and hospitality spaces to build more excitement and experiences.

Yesterday we had a surprise visit from the Environmental Health Officer and am delighted to put up our new 5 stars which we are thrilled to achieve again. This is down to the whole team striving to be the best we can but is particularly due to brilliant chef team demanding high standards at all times. It’s always slightly nerve wracking and whilst we know we are on top of it there is always a fear….. Ruth Baker was super walking through all we do and being brilliantly down to earth with explaining policy, law and best practice. Collaboration is everything when supporting small businesses as they grow.

Everything is made fresh here in our kitchen, building layers of flavour into all our dishes is what our brilliant chefs do everyday. Today I walked into the wonderful sight and smell of our confit garlic in the making! Delicious. We use this in a number of dishes but today it is for our Pan con Sardina dish.
