One of the things we like about what we do is seeing the same kit head out to completely different events.

A stretch tent might spend one week creating hospitality space at a sporting event and another covering an entirely different venue.

Truss is configured, dismantled and configured again.

Structures are cleaned, maintained, repaired and reused.

Because temporary shouldn't mean disposable.

Good quality event infrastructure should be built with more than one event in mind.

Street food vibes, with a little help from our trusty truss structure.

Back in London with Sifted for the fourth year running — this time at a new venue, Protein Studios.

Our job? Providing a truss structure for the outdoor catering area, creating a covered space alongside the food trucks and helping bring that relaxed street-food feel to the event.

A practical solution that works with the venue, makes good use of the outdoor space and looks the part too.

Four years working together, a new venue and another great event. Always good to be back! 🙌

Sharing a few of the tricks of our trade and teaching the ins and outs of building a stretch tent.

Built for a pretty spectacular view… 👀⛵

Another major sporting event for the WH Silverbacks team, back in Portsmouth for the 2026 Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix.

SailGP brought 13 national teams and their high-speed F50s to the Solent, with 20,000 fans joining across the weekend for two days of racing, live music and entertainment.

Our job? Installing four truss structures for VELAR hospitality, creating an exceptional viewing area right on the water’s edge.

And locations like this are exactly where experience counts. An exposed waterfront site, existing infrastructure, multiple contractors and a fixed live date mean the finished structures are only one part of the story.

Planning. Precision. Problem solving. And a team that knows how to make complex builds work.

The result? A pretty impressive hospitality space, in an even more impressive setting.

Great to be back for the second year running in Portsmouth. 👏

Stretch tent, truss or marquee?

If you’re not sure which you need, that’s actually a pretty good place to start.

Because the best structure isn’t necessarily the one you like the look of most.

It depends on the site. The space available. What the structure needs to do. How you want it to feel. And, importantly, who’s going to be using it.

✔️ A stretch tent might give you the flexibility and visual impact you want.
✔️ Truss can make far better use of a tight footprint.
✔️ And sometimes, a marquee is simply the most practical answer.

Our advice? Start with what you need the space to achieve. Then choose the structure.

Back in 2023, we created these bespoke LIV Golf branded stretch tents for the UK tournament.

A winter event space can fit everyone perfectly on paper.

But will they actually want to stay in it?

Cold weather changes how guests use a space. Where they gather. How long they stay under cover. How they move between areas. Even where queues and pinch points appear.

And that means designing for winter needs a slightly different approach to summer events.
