Well , next up is one of our favourite events ..... Halloween 🎃

Halloween is always great fun and as you all make such an effort each year with your amazing costumes , we thought we would do it all again this year .

Fancy Dress is optional, but we hope you will join in with the spirit of things and turn up in costume , theres a prize for the best one . 👻

Live Music and Karaoke will come from the very talented Ben Vučković- Live musician 🎵

The BBQ will be fired up and serving our very own Bear Burger .🍔

Now all we need is YOU! 🫵

The Meat Draw is back tomorrow at 2pm

We hold the draw every Sunday , and tickets are available to buy all week prior to Draw .

Only £1.00 for 5 tickets and so worth it when you see what you can win .

As you know we are all about raising money for good causes here at .

After the success of last weekends Bear Festival and this weeks Quiz , we've added together the donations from both events , your generous donations have been counted and verified by Stars Appeal - Salisbury District Hospital's Charity And the total raised was .....

£1,780.00 👏

Together we are making a difference, to both the lives of patients and staff .... Thankyou all so much ! ☺️

We've added this total to the previous amount raised since the 9th November 2025 and together we have raised an amazing .....
£5,721.55 For the Charity ..... Fantastic!

The last day of The Bear Festival ....

Where we were treated to the wonderful Real Deal on stage in the garden .

The entertainment continued with Above Board taking to the stage and Sock Puppet Jukebox brought The Bear Festival to a close.

So thats a wrap on The Bear Inn's 2026 Bear Festival .....

It was truly a fantastic weekend , even the rain couldnt dampen our spirits.
Shaun and all his team want to Thankyou all for making the weekend a great success, a huge shout out to all the bands who were all incredible, our gratitude and thanks to you all 👏

We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did, and all for such a good cause the Stars Appeal - Salisbury District Hospital's Charity , I am waiting on the total amount raised , but im sure it will be incredible... Again Thankyou all so much .... ❤️

Wow .... what an absolutely brilliant 2nd day of our Bear Festival ... if you joined us , Thankyou .... ☺️

The weather certainly didnt stop everyone from enjoying themselves !

Ben Vučković- Live musician played inside to a packed pub , wich led nicely onto the Navy Larks on stage in the garden.

The awesome Break Cover came on stage at 8pm and had everyone up dancing late into the evening 👌

Today .... the music will come from

The Real Deal at 2pm , if you like Folk Music then they are not to be missed .

Above Board will be taking to the stage at 5pm

Followed by Sock Puppet Jukebox at 8pm .

The BBQ will be fired up again today , and The Bear Burger will be available between 2pm - 6pm .

So come and spend the day with us , the whole Teams here , we just need you 🍺

Well what a fantastic opening to this years Bear Festival , thankyou to all that joined us yesterday , the early downpours didnt dampen anyone's spirits.
Once the rain stopped the festivities began and a great time was had by all .
The Beer and Cider was going down very well , the BBQ was fired up by our very own Burger Boys Simon and Steve .
And the evening entertainment came from The brilliant Junkyard Dogs who had everyone up Dancing .....

Today brings ... Ben Vučković- Live musician live at 2pm

The Navy Larks on stage at 5pm

Followed by Break Cover at 8pm

Incase you skip lunch The BBQ will be serving burgers from 2pm today ....
