✈️Let's talk roadtrips...

In November our team (including our head chef Sam) headed stateside to learn, experience and discover the best BBQ Texas has to offer.
One of our favourite spots is & this was our 10th year visiting!
We learnt all about the care, dedicaton & art that goes into smoking their meats & enjoyed some incredible Brisket & Beef Ribs - what a treat! We can't wait to tell you more about our trip!👀
