Although the canal side can be a lovely place during this weather, please stick with government advice.

Stay clear of others of roughly 2 metres and try to limit the amount of time you are out exercising.

The more you do this, the quicker we can all get back to normal.

**Government order**
As you are probably aware, all pubs and clubs etc in the United Kingdom have been told to close tonight until further notice.

We will be upholding this order and will close tonight at last orders.

We thank you for your continued custom and we'd like to take this opportunity to wish you well in these unprecedented times we are facing.

We will, of course keep you updated here.

Further to the government’s announcement yesterday (17th March) I wanted to get in touch to reassure all of our customers that our pubs continue to remain open.

Covid -19 virus.

Hi folks,
If you have just arrived back from the moon, you will know that we are currently going through a difficult time internationally.

We'd like to confirm that as a responsible business the safety and welfare of our customers and staff is our main priority.

The pub is currently running as usual (12noon - close) and we are maintaining our high hygiene regulations as per usual with all staff members and we are sure our customers follow suit.

The Kirkless Hall will keep up-to-date with any further developments and we will follow all government advice and procedures closely.

Keep yourself, family and friends safe and healthy during this difficult time for everyone.
