A HUGE Happy 50th Birthday to Clair — one half of the madness behind The Pickled Parrot @31! 🍾🥂A truly special & talented lady, Business partner, co-owner, chief organiser, voice of reason and the crazy lady who agreed to open a bar called The Pickled Parrot… so clearly her judgement was questionable long before she turned 50. 😂🦜
She’s spent the last 7 months getting everyone else Pickled… so today & this weekend, it’s her turn to truly celebrate her 50th and achievements 🍸
Apparently 50 is the new 30 — although after a weekend behind the bar at The Parrot, it’s closer to 75. 🤣
So if you see our birthday girl today, wish her a Happy 50th… and remind her that ringing the bell means she’s buying the whole bar a shot. 🔔😂
Here’s to 50 fabulous years and plenty more years of poor decisions, great stories and parrot chaos getting thoroughly Pickled! 🦜🥂All jokes aside, The Parrot wouldn’t be the huge success it is without you in it Clair & I know our customers agree! ❤️ From the madness behind the scenes, to the belly laughs behind the bar, you’re a massive part of what makes our little place so special. 🦜
