🍸 WE’RE HIRING – BAR MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Romey’s in Wigan town centre.
Romey’s operates as a café during the day and a bar in the evenings, so we’re looking for someone confident managing both sides of the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day running of the venue
• Managing, training and supervising staff
• Creating and organising staff rotas
• Stock checks, ordering and stock control
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Ensuring licensing and health & safety compliance
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a bar.
Full-time position | Salary dependent on experience.
