When booking a castle please make sure there is access to the back gardens through a gate big enough to get the castle through. This happening all too often now where we are turning up with castles and being told we have to take it through the house. The castles are big when they are wrapped up and will not fit through a house door! If we turn up and you fail to tell us that it has to go through a house you will still be charged for wasting our time! Also if we ask you if the castle is going on grass or concrete this is so we can make sure it’s pegged down in the correct way. If its artificial grass it’s going on you need to make us aware of this rather than just saying it’s going on grass. Sorry the post is not a happier one but it’s becoming very frustrating when we are booking castles in and not being told the full details we are asking for or turning up with pegs to be told later on its artificial grass which we can’t use pegs on. Thank you.
