Not every job is a full conversion sometimes it’s about making sure a setup is safe, solid, and ready to work.
This trailer came in from Bangin Coffee needing some essential upgrades before heading back out on the road. We replaced the axles, braking system, coupling, and jockey wheel, and fabricated a new A-frame to house the new coupling making sure everything is safe and reliable for towing.
It might not be the flashiest part of the job, but it’s one of the most important keeping businesses moving safely!

Why Build Details Matter
Making a trailer 100% watertight is extremely difficult — especially as trailers flex, move, and age over time.
This trailer came to Caterbox Co. after work had been carried out elsewhere. As the video shows, water was entering from the outside and finding its way into the interior — something that can quickly damage a unit and make it unpleasant (and unsafe) to work in.
Our solution is a secondary internal ceiling skin.
By installing a second interior ceiling layer, any water that does manage to get past the outer shell is controlled and redirected, allowing it to run safely down the outer structure instead of entering the working space.
Protects the interior and equipment - Keeps the working area dry - Improves comfort and longevity of the conversion
It’s details like this that make the difference between a unit that looks good and one that works properly long-term.

From Tired Trailer to “Business in a Box”
This Rice Beaufort double horse trailer is a great example of the level of work that goes on behind the scenes before a unit becomes a stunning, road-ready mobile business.
As these progress images show, this build involved a full restoration process, including:

✔️ Floor renewed
✔️ Side panels removed, fully prepped, and reinstalled
✔️ New fixings and bolts throughout
