*THE UNICORN INN*
Well after 15 years here at the Unicorn inn the time has come for us to say farewell. We would like to thank all our staff and customers.. our big family who made our time at the Unicorn very special with so many memories to treasure… what a 15 years it’s been! 🎉
Due to circumstances we could not hold the farewell blast we wanted.
A huge cheers to you all 🥂 and a thank you again from the bottom of our hearts 💕

15 years ago we opened the unicorn doors,
Low beams, log fires and stone floors,
Many come from afar to visit the pub,
As we sold lots of homemade food referred to as ‘lovely grub’,
The famous Sunday roasts was the customers fave,
The homemade roasties they would crave,
We also had lots of locals from the Cronton village,
Who sang, danced and gossiped with lots of drink spillage,
The large beer garden opened up in spring/ summer time,
Sunshine, kids playing and plenty of wine,
Not forgetting all the gorgeous family dogs,
Who accompanied our customers chewing up a few fire logs,
Bringing the grandparents out ‘which made their day’,
Having a lovely afternoon with their family they say,
Weekly walkers coming in from their well-being walk,
Having a pint/ a coffee with their fellow friends having a talk,
Cyclists, the motor club, football teams have all been at the unicorn inn,
And we’ve enjoyed each and every moment of serving you the gin,
Many customers we’ve seen and also sadly lost along the way,
Which has always been hard hitting, but their legacy still lives on to this day,
Christmas Day, Mother’s and Father’s Day was always the craziest time of year,
It’s been lovely seeing the smiles and laughter with the people you find so dear,
So the time has come to sign off with a farewell, the past 15 years has been a era we will never forget,
Thank you to all our loyal staff and customers we had the privilege to have met.Shirley Molyneux Dan Booth Mark Horton Moly Jx Louise Molyneux Donna Robson
