❤️ TONIGHT AT CAMPS BAR ❤️

Tonight’s a special one for us as we get to hand over more than £1,000 to FOUR fantastic local charities chosen by you. 🥰

The doors open from 6PM, with the charity cheques being presented at 7PM. 💷❤️

We’d absolutely love to see a good crowd there to help us show some support, celebrate the brilliant work these local charities do, and enjoy a few social drinks and some good tunes afterwards. 🍻🎶

Every drink, every event and every bit of support you give Camps Bar helps us continue giving something back to our local community — so come along, have a blether, raise a glass and help us make tonight a good one. ❤️

Pool starts Monday 12th October,
Last season Camps 2 won 1st division and after only two seasons Camps 2 did exceptionally well in division 2.
Best of luck to both our teams in the coming season.

Charity quiz for the 7-7-7 challenge for Sandy

Many of you will know our manager Diane, but what some of you may not know is that she is taking on a very personal challenge this summer in memory of her dad, Alexander "Sandy" Banks.

The 27th June marks 7 years, 7 months and 7 days since Sandy's passing, and to honour his memory Diane will be taking on the 7-7-7 Challenge – climbing 7 peaks in 7 days while raising money for 7 local charities and causes.

To help kick things off, we will be hosting a Charity General Knowledge Quiz this Saturday at Camps Bar from 7pm.

Unfortunately, that wasn't us testing the bass speakers for Friday night... that was just the thunder! ⚡🔊

On a more serious note, we've made the difficult decision to cancel this Friday's Over 30s Clubland Night.

The interest online has honestly been brilliant, but unfortunately it just hasn't translated into enough ticket sales to make the event viable this time around.

It's always disappointing to cancel something you've put a lot of time and effort into, especially when the aim was simply to bring something a little different to Caithness and help keep live events in our local pubs alive.

This definitely isn't the end of the idea. We'll take on board the feedback, look at a new date, and hopefully bring Clubland back in the near future. We still have plans for an Elder Emo Night, a Cathouse tribute night, and plenty of other themed events—we just need the support to make them happen.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed interest, shared the event, and bought tickets. Anyone who has already purchased a ticket will be contacted regarding a full refund.

We hope to see you all at a future event soon.
