Brilliant start to preseason with about 25 lads all getting a run out!!
Some class performances in some new shapes and morale is huge amongst the boys.
An excellent goal for Carl Lofthouse gave us the lead, starting preseason off the same way he finished off last year.
Miners pulled one back before Immanuel Ronquillo scored an absolute screamer from 25 yards out on his first appearance back at The Oak, picking up the Man of the Match aswell with a brilliant performance.
A late goal for Miners saw it finish 2-2 but the performances were brilliant and sets us up nicely for the next one.
Next up is a repeat of the final last year vs Zebras on Sunday
