Manifesting another Friday this week like last Friday 🙏

It was busy. Like busy busy.

For the first Friday in a while, Campo was absolutely buzzing. I (Faye) was serving upstairs and had the pleasure of looking after some of the nicest guests ever. The team were flat out all night, but in a good way. The atmosphere was brilliant, the feedback on the food was amazing, and people were really making the most of the offers we’ve put in place.

I’m not going to lie, it gave us such a boost.

Hospitality is a huge emotional rollercoaster at the moment, and for the first time in weeks we went home feeling genuinely happy, relieved and excited about what’s ahead instead of worrying.

🌮 Birria Tacos
Slow braised beef tacos with fresh onion, coriander and birria broth for dipping.

🌽 Charred Corn
Elotes style corn on the cob rolled in mayo, sour cream, feta, manchego and coriander.

🥩 Flat Iron Steak
Carne asada served with chimichurri and aji amarillo.

🌮 Lamb Barbacoa Tacos
Slow braised lamb in ancho and chipotle chillies, served in soft tacos with jalapeño crema.

🍠 Twice Baked Sweet Potato
Topped with sour cream, salsa macha and fresh coriander.

🥔 Crispy Plantain
Patacones are a Latin staple, twice fried and seasoned with smoked salt and tajin, served with salsa verde and chilli morita salsa.

Whether you’re joining us for lunch, catching up with friends or making a night of it, our Latin American inspired menu is packed with dishes made for sharing (or not😂)
