The summer continues and we have the following things to look forward to at The Taproom:
During weekdays we have the return of ‘kids eat free’ by our friends at Yuzu. This means that every young un will be able to enjoy award winning street food for free with every paying adult. It’s a deal, it’s a steal, it’s the sale of the century!
We are also very much looking forward to hosting as many attendees of the steampunk weekend as possible. Our venue uniquely embodies the iconography of the movement, with my features from the late Victorian and early Edwardian period and we will be enhancing this with music and images on our mega screen, so come along to see us and enjoy your weekend in Whitby’s evocative old town!
Finally, Sunday is our first anniversary and we couldn’t be more proud to have become part of the Whitby landscape in our first year. Our mission was to bring competitively priced fresh local ales to the coast and it’s been a fantastic first year. Thank you to everyone that has come along to see us and we look forward to making further improvements in our second year.
So whatever brings you to Whitby’s old town this weekend, come and join us for alfresco or inside award-winning street food and drinks, including fresh local ales from £4.20 a pint, guests from Kirkstall and Bradfield, outstanding German lagers, Whitby spirits, curated wines and cocktails.
