From The Baytown Coffee Company and Whitby Distillery to Botham's of Whitby , Whitby Sea Salt and so many more, we're proud to work with suppliers who care about quality as much as we do.

Supporting local wasn't just a nice idea when we opened, it was always part of the plan.

Our Treasury Premium Meats Platter is a luxurious board of carefully selected British and Continental cured meats.

Featuring award-winning Cumbrian Salami Company salami, pheasant salami, venison pastrami and Cumbrian chorizo sticks, alongside Parma ham, Spanish chorizo, salami and Italian spinata.

Add locally sourced Breckon & Son butcher’s ham, Gordal olives, onion chutney, balsamic onions, sun-dried tomatoes and beetroot, with artisan focaccia and ciabatta from Stonehouse Bakery, Danby.

And, of course, fine crackers, butter and Whitby Sea Salt.

The finest flavour. Delicate texture.
Meet our Treasury Whitby Tuna Tartare.
Our sashimi-grade blue fin tuna top loin is house-marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce and fresh lime juice, then served over wakame seaweed salad with avocado purée and crème fraîche.
Finished with sesame seeds, micro coriander, lump fish roe and seasonal edible flowers, with fine charcoal crackers on the side.

And there’s something particularly special about this tuna.
Landed at Whitby this August for the first time since 1939 by Dominator-A, it is a wonderful example of the exceptional produce available on our doorstep.

£29.95 ✨ Pair perfectly with Joseph Mellot, Domaine des Chaintres Sancerre.
