Our Wednesday social afternoon has already filled up! It's been lovely seeing some familiar faces.

With this in mind, we will be starting a 2nd social afternoon each week on a Monday, from Monday 8th April to allow even more people to access this service.

Again this will be from 10am til 3pm, with transport available.

It's been a while since we last posted!

Many alterations have taken place in the centre, including the care home being expanded to 9 rooms.

This meant us stopping our usual day care sessions whilst we adapted to the new space and extra residents.

Unfortunately we won't be able to run the sessions as before, but we're delighted to say we now have a Community Social Event each Wednesday from 10am til 3pm.

The event is dementia friendly, some level of independence is required, due to staffing levels. But please feel free to get in touch for more information.

We're able to accept 5 people per session, we currently have 2 spaces still on the Wednesday, if these soon fill up we will open a 2nd day during the week.

Transport is available on our mini bus, as before.

It's already been lovely to see some familiar faces and it gave our residents a big boost too 🙂

Good morning everyone. " Happy Days" clients residents and staff would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and New year. We have now closed for the Xmas and New year period and will be re opening our doors on the 5th of January. Keep safe keep warm and see you in the new year. X

We had a fantastic afternoon at Town and Country
residential and happy days centre Yesterday afternoon, mulled wine, mince pies, and scones enjoyed by all with games, Carol singing and the big switch on of Christmas lights by Harmony 🥰my grandaughter. Big thankyou to Nicola our resident chef who organised everything a fab idea 😁 and to Caroline our entertainment Manager great as always, and Daniel for putting the tree up a tough task. It was lovely to see so many families come and join in with the fun👌

We're raising funds, not only to support the running of our centre, but also to make use of left over food supplies in the local area.

We're looking at options for food parcels or even hot meals delivered to vulnerable people who perhaps don't have access to food this winter.
