Pubs, cafés, restaurants and hotels are at the heart of our communities. They create jobs, bring people together and keep our high streets alive.
Yet UK hospitality is burdened with a 20% VAT rate while many European countries support their hospitality sectors with significantly lower rates.
A reduction to 10% VAT for hospitality would help businesses invest, protect jobs and keep venues open for future generations.
