Can we ask all our lovely follows to sign this petition its very close to our heart at the hut as we have been raising and will be raising money for the RVI transplant games these people have enough to worry about never mind finding all the money they would need for the cocktail of drugs they have to take every day to keep there transplant healthy

We’re aware that for patients in England, prescription charges are not exempt for transplant medications and some kidney transplant patients are being required to pay prescription charges for their vital post-transplant medication.

The NKF are aware of an e-petition, calling for a change to the medical exemption criteria for post-transplant medication and if you are a kidney transplant patient who is affected by prescription charges, please consider signing the e-petition below.

If the petition reaches 10,000 signatures, the Government will respond. If it reaches 100,000 signatures, it will be up for debate in Parliament.

👉 Sign the e-petition here: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/777901

Please note: This e-petition is not run by the National Kidney Federation. However, it is something we support, and we encourage anyone affected to consider signing the petition.

Please share this post with other kidney patients who may be affected.
