Molokhia is a very popular jews mallow (jute leaves) stew throughout the Middle-east. The word Molokhia is spelled in so many different ways and in Arabic translates to jews mallow, and/or jute leaves. 🍻

Grass-fed Burger Salad 🥗

This is one of my all-time favourite weeknight meals. Grass-fed burgers are kind of a staple in our house because they are delicious and also they are super quick to put together.

We came up with a Fatoush salad version just because we wanted something different and it was a way to utilise all the greens and seasonal produce that was in the our Meejana kitchen. Always made with love! 🥗
