Gelato Bros are a plant base choc ice, the old school choc ice just had a glow up...🍦

Since 2022 Gelato Bros have been based at The Food WorksSW and it has been great to have them as part of our on-site community.

Recently we supported them with their SALSA preparation. We went through processes to put in place in order to safely and commercially manufacture food.

The Cornish dairy company made use of our specialist equipment for development of a new, exciting product.
