We are writing to you directly as the leaseholder of The White Horse View.
Following recent events, we have regained control of this page and wanted to reach out to our community immediately with an honest and important message.

We are deeply sorry. We are aware that a number of people, customers who had placed bookings and trusted this venue with their money, and members of staff who gave their time and energy here, have been left in an incredibly difficult position. That is not acceptable, and we want you to know that we hear you and we are taking this seriously.
We have unblocked everyone who was blocked on this page. If you have been trying to get in touch and were unable to, you can now reach us freely.

If you have paid money to the Kingston Hospitality Group or Gradyn Runyard-Hunt in recent days or weeks in connection with any event at this venue, please contact your bank as soon as possible. Explain that you have paid for a service that cannot be delivered and ask whether they are able to assist you with a refund. Many banks have processes in place for exactly this situation and acting quickly gives you the best chance of recovering your money.

Please do not pay any further sums to anyone in connection with The White Horse View. There is no active business operating from these premises. The previous operator’s agreement to use this venue has been terminated. Any person representing themselves as able to take bookings or payments for events here does not have the authority to do so.

We are working through this as quickly and as carefully as possible. Our priority is the people who have been affected, customers and staff alike,and we are committed to doing right by this community and this venue.

We’re aware of a statement currently circulating regarding our venue, and we want to reassure our following that the information being shared is not accurate in its entirety.

The venue has been closed for a couple of days, however we intend on being back in due course.

We understand that posts like this can cause concern, and we are sorry for any confusion or upset it may have created.

Our legal team are currently dealing with the legalities of the deeper matter, and we cannot comment on the matter while it is in motion.

All guests with upcoming bookings at the venue have been contacted directly, and our team is continuing to work closely with all parties to ensure events go ahead as planned.

We hope to see you at our Easter themed open day on Saturday, 4th April 🐥

Trains will be running all day, and there will be refreshments available!

Can't make this one? Don't worry. We have plenty of open days planned throughout the year.
