Our new Spring menu update is in full swing, and one dish that’s been turning a lot of heads is the Chicken Kiev - filleted chicken breast with a bone-in wing attached, filled with a citrusy, herby, spiced cowboy butter and double-coated for extra crispiness when deep-fried. Served with pomme anna and tenderstem broccoli doused in more of that cowboy butter. Available now
