On Thursday 28th May, Bowleys hosts an evening dedicated to exceptional English sparkling wine in partnership with Nyetimber. 🥂

The night begins on our terrace with music and a selection of canapés, before moving into our intimate dining room, the evening will feature a seasonal tasting menu created by Head Chef Alex Yates. Rooted in Bowleys’ philosophy of respecting the land and the people behind the produce, the menu will highlight carefully sourced ingredients from local farmers, growers and fishermen, as well as produce from our own kitchen garden.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through the wines by Nyetimber’s Brand Ambassador Sophie, who will share the story, craft and heritage behind one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wine producers.

An evening centred on seasonality, provenance and the harmony between exceptional ingredients and world-class English wine — a true reflection of the Bowleys ethos.
