Due to unforeseen circumstances I sadly just want to inform you that Annabel's at the bank will not be opening for the unforeseeable future. Unknown to us the premises had not been granted change of use and can not open as a bar. Our landlord will be working on this but there's no guarantees. West Kirby is becoming a busy social place and it's been great seeing new restaurants and bars appear over the years. Sadly there is a small number of residents that are not in the same mind. Once the beach silts up West Kirby will be dependant on its local economy and banks road will be what brings people in socially and for employment for residents. I'm thinking of maybe organising a petition to allow change of use for these reasons what's your thoughts ??
