A charming village pub nestled in the heart of West Hanningfield on the unspoiled greenbelt of the Essex city, Chelmsford. This soul-soothing, local pub offers a fresh, seasonal menu coupled with local craft beverages, all of which can be enjoyed in our vintage, east-coast setting. Our alfresco lawn is the perfect oasis for any passing visitor or returning local. Take in the panoramic views of the rolling hills or stay warm by our log burner snuggled inside. Well, what a night! 🎆✨

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Acacia Road, and to John and his amazing team for putting on such a spectacular firework display — it really was something special! 🤍

And most of all, thank you to each and every one of you who came along and continues to support us. Seeing so many familiar faces and having you all there means more to us than you know.

We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful community around us, and we hope to see you all back in the pub very soon! 🥂🤍
