Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, managing stock and food costs, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and developing exciting menus. You’ll help ensure every guest enjoys great food, friendly service, and a dining experience that keeps them coming back.

* A proven Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up

* Confident in delivering both branded-style concepts and traditional pub food
* A hands-on approach with a passion for great food and service
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, EHO standards, and allergen compliance
