What a week it’s been here at The Old Smythie… 💍❤️

Firstly, we’d like to say a massive congratulations to our incredible Head Chef, Jack, who got married this past week! 🥂
We’re all absolutely delighted for him and wish the happy couple a lifetime full of love, laughter, and happiness.

Secondly, we want to sincerely apologise for our unexpected closure over the last week. Due to staff illness and essential maintenance, we had to make the difficult decision to remain closed over the weekend, too.

We know many of you had bookings with us, and we’re truly sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. As a small team, situations like this are never easy, but the well-being of our staff had to come first.

We’d like to thank everyone for the kind messages, patience, and understanding we’ve received - your support genuinely means the world to us ❤️
