Hello everyone

Hope everyones had a fantastic weekend!

RECENT BAD NEWS

We were planning on a garden event on the 30th of April but unfortunately due insurance issues we are not allowed access to the garden ( why i don’t know as the kitchen only has roof damage and not going to fall down)

This has ultimately put a stop to that or any future events happening until the building is fully repaired.

When its all going to be done i don’t know because its all a bit out of my hands and so frustrating at the moment.

GOOD NEWS

I have however had an idea and having used Chirbury village hall recently for a bar event and seen how nice the facilities are. Im going to do a pop up Indian buffet day there on the 30th from 1:30 pm till 8:00 pm. We will also have a bar there so you can enjoy a drink with your meal.

Im hoping it will generate some interest and we can use our cooking skills again so if you would like to dine with us simply message me and book a table.

See u all soon hopefully at Chirbury spice on the 30th of April !!

Hello friends,

Hope everyone had a fantastic Easter break!!
We are still here in the background waiting for the various insurance bits to be sorted hopefully wont be long now till we are fully operational again 🙏.

So up until then we have decided to use our garden venue for occasional events during the summer months.

Our first event will be on Sunday 30th April from 2pm we have a band booked in at 8:00 pm so hopefully we will have some good weather and some happy people in Forden.

We are excited to be back in some capacity and look forward to welcoming you all.

UPDATE ON THE FIRE DAMAGE AT THE RAJ

Firstly i would like to thank everyone who has messaged us with support, love & help.
Although the fire has caused significant damage to the kitchen no one was injured or hurt which is the most important thing.

Since we have been here we have had nothing but continuous support from the community and beyond.
Businesses such as ours not only brings people together but merges so many new friendships which we have benefited from.

So although everyone knows how distressed i will be by not being able to open, it gives me time to revamp our menu create new dishes and challenge myself to improve the Raj.

We will obviously look to be up and running as soon as possible, & i will keep everyone updated.

I apologise if we were in your plans in the days or weeks ahead and you have reserved a table, hopefully we will be in your plans for the future.
