Great news! I'm back in wednesbury from 5th October at The pig and Trumpet. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Some big changes will be happening. More details soon. So look out for new page! Dave Westwood.

I would like to start by thanking, first my staff /team who have supported and helped me, without you I couldn't have done it. To you my customers and those who have become friends. For the past year and a half. For excepting me and helping me make The George what I hope it is today. A great family/ community Pub. I hope I have helped in my own little way to make it the pub that it is now- a great place for all.
It is with regret that I have to leave. But I leave with happy memories to treasure. I only hope I have done my best to serve the community of Wednesbury.
