Thornbridge Brewery “Peak Rat” [4.5%]

‘Pale ale with a smooth, malty baseline compromising of Munich and caramalt, leading into tropical and citrus notes from a blend of Citra and Mosaic. Clean and pithy bitterness balanced against a soft, biscuity backbone. Expect pineapple and mango aromas followed by peach and grapefruit on the finish. Collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery.’

On Keg:

Triple Point Brewery + Bar “Kashmir” [4.5%]

‘An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA. Citrus, pine and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.’
