Menu Spotlight: Charred Corn and Courgette Salad ๐ŸŒฝ

As we welcome May, weโ€™re excited to share a customer favourite with you - our Charred Corn and Courgette Salad. ๐Ÿฅ—

This light and refreshing mezze dish brings together smoky charred corn and courgette, fresh rocket, zaโ€™atar, chilli, and a zingy lime and yoghurt dressing.
Zaโ€™atar is a fragrant Middle Eastern spice blend made with thyme, oregano, toasted sesame seeds, and sumac - adding a tangy, earthy, slightly nutty flavour that really brings the dish to life.

Feeling extra hungry? You can always add halloumi to your dish. This dish can be enjoyed on its own or paired with other mezzes on our menu.

The East Quay Kitchen is open daily 9amโ€“5pm, serving breakfast from 9amโ€“11am, lunch from 12pmโ€“3pm - plus evening meals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday from 5pmโ€“8pm. ๐ŸŒ™
