Brewery of the Week is back.
Each week, we’re putting the spotlight on a brewery we rate, talking about the b**rs behind the brewery and giving you a chance to try them for yourself.
This week, it’s Polly’s Brew Co., based in Mold, North Wales.
Known for modern, hop-forward b**rs, Polly’s have a great mix of juicy pales, hazy IPAs and bigger, bolder releases.
Here’s a look at some of the Polly’s b**rs we’ve got in the bottle shop:
Static Art | 5.8%
A juicy, hazy pale with plenty of citrus and tropical hop character.
Good Mood | 5.5%
A Cream Pale with a smooth, creamy body and plenty of fruity character.
Liquid Bloom | 6.5%
A fuller Oat Cream IPA with big citrus, hazy and coconut flavours.
Route 99 | 6.0%
A West Coast IPA with grapefruit, citrus and pine, and a more bitter, crisp finish.
Pineapple Krush | 6.0%
Tropical, fruity and packed with refreshing pineapple character.
As Above, So Below | 8.0%
A Double IPA for those who like their b**r a little juicer and bigger.
