Our new summer salad series is here: one different seasonal salad special each week, for four weeks only. Once it’s done, it’s done. No encore, no “can I still get last week’s one?”, no salad-based negotiations.

First up: Watermelon, Burrata & Aged Parma Ham.

Smoky charred watermelon, milky burrata, 18-month Aged Parma Ham, basil and cracked black pepper. Sweet, salty, creamy and dangerously easy to order with a cold glass of something in the garden.
